All our showrooms have facilities so that you can test one, or a number of, our products. Call your local showroom to find out more about the facilities they have available, and to arrange a convenient time to try.
All our service technicians are factory trained and employed directly by us. We have 4 national service centres in Bristol, Glasgow, Nottingham and Chelmsford ensuring that we offer cover across the whole of the UK .
Our hot tubs are built for a lifetime of use; there are HotSpring Spas which are still working and are over 27 years old!
The length of warranty depends upon the product you choose - there is a full list on our warranties section. Remember, all work carried out under warranty is undertaken by our factory-trained service technicians, and that we have over £1m worth of parts in our stores.
You do not have to pay for an annual service or inspection in order to validate your warranty during its term. However, we do offer a choice of ongoing services to care for your HotSpring product, but these are not compulsory (unlike those of our competitors).
Yes. We can even make it more simple by doing the moving for you, and ensuring that your product is reinstalled by our experts.
No. With our maintenance programme, designed to make your life easy and stress free, you will probably spend no more than a few minutes a week treating the water. Our delivery team will spend an hour in your home discussing all possible treatment methods so you can choose the best option for your needs.
At HotSpring the subject of water treatment is taken very seriously and all our staff, from installers and showroom staff to service and admin staff, are extensively trained to help you in all circumstances that may arise.
On our Tiger River and HotSpring hot tubs we are able to offer a unique guarantee that your electricity cost will be no more than £3.85 per week - this is owing to our incredible high-density full-foam insulation and our special filtration system.
All our service technicians carry foam on board their vans so, if a leak in the piping occurs, they can dig out the foam, repair the leak, refill with more foam and tidy any mess they may make in the process. This causes no extra concern or work for the customer (apart from perhaps making the engineer a cup of tea after all that thirsty work!). However the benefit of having foam insulation means the hot tub is less likely to develop a leak in the first instance as high-density foam supports the pipework and does not allow the pipes to move where they may fracture. You will also find that the yearly savings is quite considerable.
You will need a mains electric supply; depending on the hot tub you choose the specifications are between 13amp and 25amp . You do not need a water supply as all our hot tubs are filled and emptied via a hose.
Owing to our superior filtration, we recommend that you change the water in HotSpring Spas every 4 months.
We recommend a flat level solid base; this is to make sure the hot tub does not sink. Although this does not affect your warranty, a hot tub positioned on a surface that is not level will have water that appears higher on one side to another, and you will find that you need to constantly top up the water.
Technically you can place a hot tub anywhere, although we find that most of our customers prefer the outdoor experience. As such we offer a wide range of gazebos to offer protection from harsher weather and nosey neighbours! You can also check out our customer section for some great ideas sent in by our current customers.
Yes, providing you leave the appropriate access for our service technicians (speak to your HotSpring sales person for more guidance according to which product you purchase).
The short answer is no. In reality when the pump has to push the same amount of water through a higher number of jets, this leads to a reduction in the water pressure, and hence not a better experience.
HotSpring's spas do not have any air jets inside them. We believe they cause numerous problems such as cooling down the water temperature, causing your heater to have to work harder, and thereby increasing your running costs. Air jets are normally very noisy.
Once you have decided on the hot tub you want to purchase we require a 20% deposit, with the balance payable upon delivery. We also offer finance packages that allow you to spread the cost of the hot tub over a longer period time (speak to your HotSpring sales representative for available finance options).
If you think that getting your new hot tub into its position may be an issue, your sales representative or service team member will be able to determine if there is a problem or not. This is a service we offer completely free of charge, making sure you have peace of mind when ordering your new hot tub.
NB: if access is found to be a problem, we can recommend local crane companies that will simply lift your tub over the house!
We try to make sure that from the moment you enter our showroom to the time that you are enjoying your hot tub there is nothing you need to worry about. So the only things you need to think about is who is going to get a go first and who are all these friends you never knew you had?!
