Andy helped us decide the best hot tub for us and also visited our home and advised us where to place it in the garden. My Mum has asked me to send this picture of her hot-tub as per her conversation with you. I can honestly say it is the best investment she has ever made. Her and dad (George) are in it every night, though probably Mum more than dad. It is a big hit with family and friends and is always a talking point when people come to visit. It seems that whenever someone comes to stay now, they not only bring their pyjamas but their swimsuit as well. The Sovereign hot tub is fantastic and we are having great fun with it. All our friends and neighbours love it as well. As you know we bought our hot tub at the Ideal Home show in Glasgow. Our sales lady was Mandy Hancock and she was great. In fact, everyone at HotSpring has been fantastic! We even called into the showroom at Harrogate after we ordered to have another look (as we were in the area) and they were also really helpfull. The sales team at Dobbies were fantastic, so much so that when I have had any problems they have been able to help, even going to the bother of coming to the house to talk things over with me. Andrew has been fantastic and is always helpful when I have had to call. The girls on the phone were really friendly and nothing was to much trouble.
The installation team were fantastic also, they took the time to hide cables for me and they explained the running of the hot tub, so that I could understand, what was required with the chemicals etc.

From the time we stepped into the office we have had nothing but professional and friendly service. The buying was made easier because we were dealing with people who knew what they were talking about and their enthusiasm and reinforcement of our choice helped to confirm our decision was a good one. The pre-delivery documentation made it clear and easy to understand what was needed for the delivery to be successful, from the level hard area required to take the weight of the tub but also the simple, but I'm sure commonly overlooked things, such as gate opening widths. Once the tub was in and filled, the delivery team took as much time as required to teach me all that would be required for continued use and maintenance. Since then the hot tub has been in full operation, it is in constant use making sure it washes our daily aches and pains away, leaving us revitalised, refreshed and ready for the next stressful situation.
